Serve as Executive Director of a Public Transportation System serving three different counties and
transforming a failing operation to a thriving community organization. Full responsibility for bottom line
factors, including company vision, long range strategic planning, and hands-on management. Direct all
operations for transporting general public, special services: Medicaid, Daycares, Murray State University
routes and events, and community events. Redefine organizational structure; oversee major operati onal
decisions and pre-form monthly financial evaluation of company results. Provide cross -functional
management; direct bookkeeper, dispatchers and general oversight of for thirty-five staff and 10 volunteers.
