. Managed a medium size accounting system replacement project

(QuickBooks to Intacct) thru data migration planning. Worked

closely with CFO and Controller to document business requirements

and performed vendor research and analysis to identify system that

best meet business needs. Developed comprehensive project charter,

RFP/analysis/selection, end-to-end project plan, as-is and to-be

data flows, and all accounting processes and flow documentation,

including project budget, issues and risk log, so Finance team could

assume role for data validation and testing, reducing overall cost

of project. Defined key corporate billing processes and controls and

identified $1.5M missed billing opportunities. Develop key

requirements and controls for future integration of new accounting

system with SalesForce and a needed commission management system.

. Managed a large international project and 14-member team responsible

for tracking and ensuring closure of organization-wide remediation

of multiple banking regulatory high-risk audit findings

(requirements) working closely with Compliance and Internal Audit on

control identification and development. Ensured executive and

weekly status reports / metrics to the President and Chief

Regulatory & Compliance Officer and issued budget to actual project
