. Conducting 'In - Take' meeting with the respective Hiring

. During my short tenure in Honeywell, I had been given the task to

prepare the format for the Interview Assessment Sheet. This format was

created after taking feedback from various HMs and HRGs working for

various BUs in Honeywell. The Interview Assessment sheet was

rationalized and inducted in to the system since May 2011.

. Almost all the positions handled by self were closed within the TAT

(65 Days) provided by the management.

. I worked for MT hiring program by approaching various colleges PAN

India. This program involves the following activities:

. Located the possible colleges in all the 8 locations

through means of internet.

. Interacted with all the colleges and collected maximum

possible CV's.

. Short-listed CV's of all the potential candidates in the

respective locations, in accordance with Honeywell

requirements.

. Arranged for the telephonic interview of all the short

listed candidates with HR Manager.

. The final list of short listed candidates were duly

prepared and handed over to HR Manager.

This program helped in employing one of the candidates for

the post of the Senior Executive - Channel Sales for Indore

Location.
