multi-state, 6-plant Lean Manufacturing inventory and production
scheduling process involving more than 2K tasks. Led IT and Business
teams in executing new scheduling software and sales forecasting
application. Supervised outside vendors and 15 plant personnel. Trained
field personnel on new systems.

International.
Took over a $3.5 million Web portal project to develop a European hotel-
booking Web site in 4 languages after the project had fallen behind and
exceeded its budget. Audited project costs to determine best course of
action for completion. Supervised 25 team members in 4 countries.
Negotiated contracts and billing.
. Completion of this project ensured that Leapnet did not lose the
Andbook contract, valued at $2 million.
CathayPacific Airways: Hong Kong's largest airline.
Assumed project responsibilities on a Web portal project to create an
Asian airline-booking Web site in 4 languages after the project had
exceeded its budget. Audited project costs to determine best course of
action for completion, then revised vendor deadlines and costs to refocus
the project. Collaborated with the client sponsor to formulate an in-
house portal system for an executive presentation, including a financial
forecast of productivity gains and an ongoing budget analysis.

Took over a $1.5 million Web portal project to develop a client facing

Pharmacia: Sweden-based pharmaceutical company that merged with Monsanto.
Constructed the prototype for a $2.5 million, 9-language medical
association portal, including plan and scope documents and cost analysis.

Lincoln Re: Reinsurance arm of Indiana-based Lincoln National
Corporation.
Planned, managed, and tested a $2.4 million mainframe COBOL dialect
conversion project, which included an update to companywide desktop
applications. Executed hardware and software installation and training on
new desktops.

changes as teams updated the same programs. This process was later
