Oct 2013 – Present: Clerical Assistant, DOT Compliance, Inc., Red Bank, New Jersey: In my
capacity as a clerical assistant I am responsible for large scale data entry, compiling records and
sorting files, filing, sorting and opening mail.
Sept 2005 – August 2010: Library Assistant, Keansburg Waterfront Public Library, Keansburg,
New Jersey: In my tenure at the library, I helped open the facility, catalog items, coordinated
with the Monmouth County Library system in purchasing items, ordering items. For the last four
years of my position with the Keansburg Library, I managed all day to day operations, was in
charge of scheduling, purchasing books and other media, supplies, preparing the budget, and
everything that entailed.
October 2002 – August 2005: Assistant Publisher for The Courier, Middletown, New Jersey:
Assisted in running the newspaper, in charge of specific editorial content, writing releases,
editing and proofreading copy, as well as spearheading special projects for the publisher. I had
major input into all administrative phases of the operation, including supervision of department
heads.
