Responsibilities
I was responsible for ordering watch parts for the watchmakers and I would deal with about 15 different
companies on a daily basis. Most of my work was done on a computer and over the phone. I would also answer
customer calls and help customers in person who we're dropping off their watches to get serviced. My job
consisted of having to multitask every single day. I also worked as a cashier and would change watch batteries
when we were short handed.
Accomplishments
I learned to work in every different department of the company and I was good at everything I did.i started
as a cashier and worked myself up learning new things along the way. I was doing 3 people's jobs by myself
at one point and I would always get all my work done. My manager would always tell me that I could run the
company on my own.
Skills Used
I was great at multitasking and I am very organized. I would take on big projects and always finish them on
time. I have great computer and typing skills and have great customer service skills. I always take the initiative
and I don't have to be asked to do things that I know need to be done. Even though I worked for our service
department I would always help out in different departments when I was needed and never complained. I am
always on time and I am always willing to learn new things. I am also a quick learner.
