Quality Superintendent, I am in charge of managing, coaching & coordinating quality engineer’s team (9)
Attending tel- conferences and visits from customer. Negotiate and dispute any official concern from customer.
Permanently I have worked with GM, Ford, Chrysler, BMW & Tesla as customer service: visits for serial runs,
sorting activities, presentations and dispute PRR, QR, CR, and NCT, ECIMS.
-Supporting quality rep. at plants on Oakville, Chicago, Spartanburg, Hermosillo, Sevilla, Palo Alto & Venezuela.
-Uploading or sharing information to Covisint, E-supplier connect or B2B, coordinating 8D s and 3x5, assignment
8d team activities and timing to complete before due date.
-Leading project-launch and prototypes to follow up on open activities with team of manufacturing, engineering and
quality. Involving APQP phases on weekly meetings.
-Attending audit from: SQA, SQE and QMT through tour plant, meetings or tel-conferences, presenting PPAP to
be approved.
-Daily activities such as supervise analysis reports for returns from customer, PPM s status and actions to Q1
Follow up to open concerns and dispute any PPM on time.
-Daily conferences with Germany Corporative & NAFTA offices.
On my last position as a quality project engineer I used to:
-Develop suppliers for gauges, participating since: quote, design, review, validate and approve quality devices at
same time participating on drawings review before to send to customer focused on GD & T in order to adequate
customer request to plant process.
-Preparing PPAP s Book and presenting to be approved to customer Representative
-Coordinate run at rates internal and external, line prevalidation and prototypes runs.
-Coordinate validation tests for welding prototype parts specs, tolerances according to Customers requirements.
