irrigation clocks and 147 irrigation zones. In charge of overseeing all of the major
projects that has gone on in the community as the asphalting of the community,
seawall replacement/repair, concrete sidewalk replacement, and elevator
modification and renovations. Managing of the community includes managing a
$1 million+ budget, preparing for Board Meetings by making and posting
agendas, taking minutes during meetings, receiving mail, receiving bills, coding
all bills for accounts payable, generating work orders for maintenance, and a
complete property inspection monthly and generating reports that are furnished to
Board of Directors and Capital Realty Advisors.
