injection mold production. Oversee day to day operations to keep the department on time

for customer delivery in a just in time work environment. Report to upper management

on all data including daily production, issue/countermeasures, safety and quality needs.

Also spearhead any manufacturing improvements to reduce cost and/or increase

production. Member of the 3S committee which helps direct the company into a more

organized and cleaner facility.

Injection Mold Supervisor

Was first employee in the startup of the injection molding department. Was responsible

for the creation of procedures needed to make our own mold tools and produce the

product from raw materials to finished product. Helped grow department to its current

state, which is still expanding.

Responsible for everyday maintenance of the facility, machines and tooling required in a

large manufacturing operation. Worked in a team environment to ensure preventative and
