Also spearhead any manufacturing improvements to reduce cost and/or increase
production. Member of the 3S committee which helps direct the company into a more
organized and cleaner facility.

Was first employee in the startup of the injection molding department. Was responsible
for the creation of procedures needed to make our own mold tools and produce the
product from raw materials to finished product. Helped grow department to its current
