Senior Business Consultant & Senior Project Manager

Ibermatica is one of the biggest consulting firms in Spain specialized in

software development, outsourcing, business integration, and IT governance.

Managing projects from the presales phase, requirements gathering with

customer until the final deployment of the software solution. The principal

projects were the following:

ADIF

Supporting the top management and acting as Program Office Manager for the

IT Company's transformation Program. SAP implementation and hardware

upgrade for the sales platform distributed across the offices in the

country.

Correos

Working as an advisor for gathering requirements of the new Packaging

Management tool in order to manage the customer's orders and the

integration of the data from existing web and mobile applications and

upgrade of the supply chain equipment.

ONCE

Leading the mplementation of the new TRACK & TRACE system I was in charge

of the handover to the customer team developing the needed documents and

detailing the process to maintain it.

Atlassian partnership

As anticipation to customer needs, I propose and lead an initiative to

innovation consultancy services.

Senior Consultant acting as Project Office Manager for the IT Company's

transformation Program in the context of the liberalizing of the sector in

which the company operates. In addition to my duties, I was managing and

controlling the different suppliers and manufactures that were providing

development services and equipment for the different applications and

internal systems. Reporting to the CEO and the steering committee.

Altran Technologies is a leading consulting firm in consulting services,

specialized in IT and Telecommunications. Participating and leading

numerous IT projects for international customers. The principal ones were:

Tecnalia

This project was an R&D program to use the energy from the waves of the sea

and transform it into electricity using a new prototype of buoy.

My responsibilities were to coordinate the team that was developing the

connections between the buoy systems with the servers at the central and

ensuring that all the equipment were delivered on time for the development

team.

Also supporting the coordination with the providers as my previous

experience with buildings was really similar.

Vodafone

Project Manager and Test Coordinator for Vodafone Live ?s 9.6 Release. I

was responsible of the coordination between the development team (Germany)

and the testing teams (Spain).

Renault F1 Team

Acting as Functional Analyst for the new implementation of a new PLM

software. The existing solution was a commercial software, and the

objective was to reduce maintenance cost with an in-house development

(under .NET technologies) that fits better their needs.

My role was to examine the existing process, improve them if possible, and

write detailed requirements for handover the project to the third party

company that was in charge of the development.

JOHNSON CONTROLS 15/10/2004 - 06/08/2006

Project Manager of SMALL Projects

Working in the Building Efficiency division. Johnson Controls is one of the

market leaders in products and services that increase efficiency and lower

operating costs in buildings. Managing the entire life cycle of small

customer projects.

Project Manager of Small Projects, as well as collaborations in the area of

managing large projects (Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, Campus financial BSCH,

Real Madrid sports city, campus health Granada, Museum of Atapuerca, etc.).
