Manufacturing Lead Engineer

Manages daily manufacturing operations for Minilink device, accessories and packaging production

lines. Leads team of 23 manufacturing employees over two shifts to meet daily and weekly build

targets. Designs custom tooling, implement process improvements to improve output and yield.

Initiated, implemented and trained independent second shift to increase manufacturing

capacity 75% in support of US product launch
