10/13 to 3/14: Logistics Consultant Red Wing Stoneware Company: Engaged as
a consultant to find ways to fix production problems and workflow issues in
order to improve the output and quality of their products.

improvement in product output within a four week period

12/12 to 9/13: Brigade Transportation Officer: Officer responsible for the
daily transportation requirements of 3900 Soldiers. Responsible for all
interstate movement as well as any international movement operation.
Coordinated the ground transportation for 14,796 soldiers; ranging from
airborne operations, change of command ceremonies, change of responsibility
ceremonies, and Central Issue Facility turn in
Planned and executed the transportation movement of 200 Indian Army
personnel to Fort Bragg, and the daily transportation requirements while on
post training with U.S. counterparts
Lead planner on the multi-modal movement of 187 Soldiers and equipment to
Indonesia from Fort Bragg for a joint training exercise with the Indian
Army
12/11 to 11/12: Distribution Platoon Leader: Directly supervised 21
personnel. Distribution Platoon Leader responsible for providing
transportation and distribution of all classes of supply to two cannon
batteries, one headquarters and headquarters battery and a forward support
company.
Hand-selected to be the Brigade's Unit Movement Officer tracking and
transporting 535 pieces of equipment through the Seaport of Charleston, SC
and Aerial Port at Thumrait, Oman into Afghanistan. Equipment weighed 7100
Short Tons arriving into Afghanistan on 76 Airframe sorties.
Synchronized and managed the logistics for a pre-deployment training
exercise ensuring the timely movement of 136 pieces of equipment via line
haul to Fork Polk, Louisiana.
Rated as the best Lieutenant in the Battalion out of 13 rated Lieutenants.
10/10 to 11/11: Company Executive Officer: Executive Officer of a Forward
Support Company in an Airborne Field Artillery Battalion. Second in command
of 88 soldiers, 42 vehicles, and responsible for equipment valued at over
$3,500,000.
Directly responsible for providing the immediate resupply of all of the
Battalion's classes of supply during three Brigade Airborne Joint Operation
Access Exercises (JOAX). JOAX's consists of 1,600 paratroopers jumping onto
an airfield with resupply coming from aircraft landing on the landing strip
once secure.
Primary Reset Officer for the Battalion, successfully coordinating with
external military and civilian agencies for the repair of equipment in
excess of $1,600,000 after return from deployment in Iraq.
10/09 to 09/10: Maintenance Control Officer: Directly supervised 38
personnel in charge of the Battalion's Maintenance program for all vehicles
and equipment. Responsible for the scheduled and unscheduled servicing of
300 vehicles, the management of the bench stock and stock supply, test
measurement and diagnostic equipment program, and shop safety within the
Battalion.
Sustained an operational readiness rating of 97% for the duration of the
Battalion's deployment.
Established a partnership in Al Anbar Province, Iraq with Iraqi Police and
Army units advising quality assurance and quality control sections in
preventive maintenance checks and services in order to stop the rapid trend
of vehicle cannibalization within their units.
Led the maintenance platoon to a second place finish in the Department of
the Army competition for the Army Award for Maintenance Excellence.
