Depot 2 Receiving Team Lead-Logistics Specialist

• Responsible for all inspecting and receiving all equipment being brought into the Depot location.

• I became sufficient in maintaining all paperwork necessary for the Total Discrepancy Report (TDR) for the

government official handling the reports for the assigned carriers and saved the US Government approximately 2

million dollars in claimed damages to equipment.

• For the past 2 years I trained my local nationals on inspecting and know how to differentiate the vehicles in the

yard.

• I have transferred vehicles from the TMSI Lot to our location to fill shipping orders and to obtain the numbers in

the yard.

• Diligently on every month I was instructed to keep a 10%, 20% and 100% inventory of all equipment inside of

our location for accountability.

• Was required to pick up, download, and inventory all VHF/HF radios for the Depot to be installed in vehicles on a

daily basis.

• Performed drivers training with the local nationals as well as a daily safety briefing on all conditions of working

around heavy equipment.

• Have input 2 billion dollars of equipment into the CORE IMS system accurately and maintained and troubleshot

any deficiencies such as missing, duplicate errors that were made by previous employers.

• Under management supervision, I have abided by the contract Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the

Performance Work Statement (PWS), and have 0 injuries at my work site during the entire contract.

Receiving Equipment Inspector Team Lead

• Responsible for all Commercial and Afghanistan equipment to include MTV series vehicles such as Water Trucks,

Fuel Trucks, Cranes, Wreckers, HMMV’s, M915’s, M916’s and 4 Door Rangers received and processed within

Depot 2.

• Instructed my receiving team how to properly inspect the equipment and on a daily basis check oil levels and if

needed, put fuel in the equipment upon putting the equipment in for maintenance servicing.

• Staged units using the proper paperwork such as Push Letters, and MOD 9 are received from the Government.

• Kept 100% accountability on a weekly basis of all vehicles that were within the compound.

• I also assisted my receiving team whenever Communication Equipment was to be downloaded and stored in

certain containers, so that the Communication Team would be able to install the equipment into the vehicles in a

timely but yet safe manner.

• I became very efficient in receiving major quantities of equipment on a daily basis with the help and assistance of

my receiving team.
