sure all check lists are complete in a timely manor. Unfortunately I also

had to present customers with late notices as well as eviction notices.

I currently work for JP Morgan chase as a telephone banker. I handle

happy customers and I am able to deescalate the call and have them know all

issues are taking care of and that customer service is our main focus.

Obtained 30 credits toward an Associate Degree completion. Studies

included Psychology and Ethics.
