Responsible for implementing the Circles of Care Planning Project which was a federal project
to access mental health care available to Native American youth in Cleveland. Initiated new
partnerships and collaborations with organizations, corporations and communities. Compiling
community and service provider input and participation in order to design and implement a high
quality system of care that integrates traditional healing methods. Documentation and data
collection of highly sensitive confidential information. Organized trained and recruited
facilitators for a federally funded Family Strengthening program which promoted individuals to
make healthy lifestyle changes to achieve overall well-being through traditional Native
American Teachings.
