Responsible for aiding engineering in the preparation, compilation and

issue of piping work packages. Duties included populating established

frameworks with required data, coordination, support and maintenance of

work package log; updating existing packages to reflect changes in the

scope, revisions, or documentation. I provided technical support to craft

and supervision and others as required in the detailed use of the work

packages. I produced and issued over 900 of these packages for

installation and informational purposes. I also write pdn's for the field

that are written off of NCR'S, RFI'S, and FCD'S; Manhours are added and all

information that is contained on that particular line item is in the

package. This is issued to the field or rework as a result of engineering

changes made in the field, vendor-subcontracted fabrication problems and

issues, and/or other contractual changes in the scope of work.

Responsible for payroll of employees, material, labor, and equipment

billing, weekly and bi-weekly man-hour projections, setting up deliveries

through transporeon, accounts payable/accounts receivable, ordered

material, tools, equipment, and consumeables, prepared change orders for

billing purposes, and assisted safety department in all areas, including

testing, showing films, maintaining drug screening, etc. Familiar with

workman's compensation and the investigation of accidents/injuries;

inspected tools and equipment as necessary for safety audits. Responsible

for recruitment, hiring and orientation of employees, maintained all

personnel files, document control. Responsible for filing and distribution

of reports for superintendents and foreman, reported direct and indirect
