Engineer Technician

My name is Carlos Perez, I'm from Venezuela and I'm looking for Visa

I have more than 16 years of experience troubleshooting PC issues including

repairs, deploy, installing, parts replacement, maintenance, remote

support, Windows from version 3.1 to Windows 8, Windows NT to Windows 2008

Server. Also I have experience designing, cabling, installing and managing

networks and its components. I have a Technical Degree in Venezuela named

Computer Science Technician graduated since 1996. The Computer Science

Technician is a college graduate with a basic comprehensive training that

enables him effectively in the management and application of techniques for

using computers. We are professionals with highly creative, critical,

analytical, giving it the capacity to apply their knowledge in information

systems development, network management and computer technology. In the

management area is trained to work in the IT department, performing roles

in planning and organization of the department within the company. As a PC

Technician the main role is to support and maintain in-house, on-call or

remotely computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. This includes

installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware

and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. The person

will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and

provide end user training and assistance where required. His field of work

is extensive, as it can perform successfully in all areas offered this

career.

I have experience and good knowledge on both computer hardware and

operating system. My key role in any organization is to maintain and keep a

check on the working condition of each and every computer, network

technician and software management. I was responsible in finding and fixing

slow internet connections. In addition to this, I also worked in trouble

shooting Ethernet problems. I have proven record of doing my job in the

best possible manner. As a self-employed I had up to 10 customers from

residential to commercial, including a company with 300+ users (Venezuela)

located in two different locations, connected via VPN, monitoring

surveillance cameras and troubleshooting computers, printers, faxes and POS.

My main goal as a PC Technician was to work on the technical problems,

identify them and make the necessary changes. I will make sure that there

are no technical problems and create a problem free work environment. This

is how I can save the organization's vital resources by method of hardware

replacement and regular upgrades. I am sure that I can prove my efficiency

in your organization as a PC Technician or relative position.

Also, I'm Idustrial Engineer. As an Engineer I have no experience because I

have graduated in November 2010 and I decided to come to United States in

September 2011, I couldn't find a job in my country after my degree.

the design, improvement, and installation of integrated systems for

managing people, materials and equipment for all types of products or

services.

His techniques are applied in the production and manufacturing of products,

in the areas of maintenance, industrial safety, procurement and materials

management, product distribution and industrial plants, analysis and

evaluation, quality control in the manufacture of products, industries

transportation, hotels, operation and maintenance of airports and any

organization that integrates human resources, materials, information and

equipment, increasing the efficiency of organizations.
