Production Manager

• Oversees the manufacturing and distribution of inventory for order fulfillment.

• Manages production functions for entire plant, which includes reviewing production orders and/or

schedules to ensure that production requirements are optimal, and are completed according to established

production schedules.

• Schedules personnel and assigns work to meet production requirements in an efficient and cost effective

manner.

• Resolves operational, processing and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and production

downtime using Lean Manufacturing practices.

• Reviews and audits build of materials for accuracy and costing of inventory skus.

• Actively participates in division short and long term strategic planning meetings and cost initiative projects.

• Develops and/or reviews performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement to determine

areas needing cost reduction and process improvement.

• Responsible for planning production to exceed $200,000 of production per week.

• Scheduling and ordering of raw material and W.I.P. components for product launch.

• Works with Human Resources to resolve any employee issues.

• Maintains safety and OSHA standards within company parameters for plant site.

• Reports to plant manager any cost variance in production.

Operations Analyst

• Planned quality assessment projects to increase standardization of production.

• Performed cost analysis of production and material waste reductions.

• Develops appropriate measures or standards for performance and uses these to monitor, evaluate and

continuously improve employees and production.

• Establishes, maintains, and analyzes budgets, records, and other controls to continually minimize costs

consistent with efficient operations.

• Reporting weekly receipts submitting monthly and quarterly cost for P&L statements.

• Identifying, reporting and explaining variances for budget for review

• Create tracking charts for root cause returns.

• Analyze inventory turns and remapping of bin locations.

• Work with outside vendors to schedule inbound W.I.P. components for manufacturing.
