• Responsible for day-to-day international treasury operations. Work closely with Asia Pacific,
E urope, Latin America and Canada Divisions to design cash management and banking solutions.
H andle bank relationships globally and participate in “Request for Proposal” process.
• Oversight of over 600 international bank accounts.
• Propose models to mitigate foreign exchange risk and collaborate with tax and legal departments

regards to electronic bank statements, banking and credit card acquirer RFPs, mandatory and
regulatory banking compliance items, SAP implementations, and JV debt refinancing.
