Senior Service Technician
Technical support: Setup new equipment, field technicians, sales staff,
firmware updates, board level repairs, customer phone support, refurbish
end of lease/traded equipment.
Supervision: Manage service shop, unload and inspect incoming equipment,
conduct fork lift safety training, perform inventories, provide solutions
on difficult repairs, maintain demo equipment fleet.
Administrative: Organize and implement rebuild programs for common
problems, provide part room support, inventory control, part distribution.
Abilities
Experienced PC board level trouble shooting, can perform most board level
repairs. A vast experience trouble shooting automated equipment. Limited
HVAC experience.

Contract technician
A major member of the project team, working under strict deadlines, to
build and tear-down the annual Haunted Concourse at Lambeau Field.
Responsibilities include set design and construction, transportation of
materials and providing acting for the set. This is a very complex job that
calls upon every skill a person has with little supervision.
