Support Quality Supervisors in meeting all Nestlé Quality and Food Safety Standards for all products produced in the
production process in accordance with USDA guidelines and the factory’s HACCP plan. Correctly and adequately
document quality and food safety issues as they occur, and communicate necessary information to team. Work with the
business units to gather necessary product information to investigate quality and food safety issues involving potential
product holds. Assist in quality and food safety audits. Be familiar and trained on all current SOPs required for Quality
Coordinator or Lab Specialist duties. Help ensure compliance with GMP policies, HACCP, QMS, and good
housekeeping throughout the plant. Execute active release program (HACCP, Net Content, Sensory, etc.) to ensure that
finished product produced meets program requirements. Monitor finished product to ensure it is within compliance for
recipe and visual specifications. Perform normal lab duties and sustain GLP's and lab safety. Check accuracy of quality
related paperwork. Perform validations on metal detectors/x-rays and scanners. Collect microbiological
