Aided in the implementation of Buyers Workmate and Epicor planning and allocation software

Accomplishments
Developed a store capacity report which created specific inventory targets on a by store basis
incorporating fixturing, linear footage, style count, and sales forecasts. Results included a 10% faster
unit turn, along with improved merchandise flow to higher volume stores for the Spring 2002 season.
Created a Restricted Store assortment strategy which reduced style count and established
target inventory by each store’s linear footage. Results included an improved, more
manageable store assortment along with a 10% faster merchandise turn.
