men women and children. Promoted wellness with patients staff and community; implemented protocols in collaboration with
hired physicians. Worked with a grant for Native Americans and one for low income of all other races.
1983 to 1985 - Reno County Health Department, Hutchison, Kansas

Montangard (ethnic) villages in the highland of VN Only available daily provider of health care assessed, evaluated, treated,
and prescribed for all health problems, occasionally consulted with a New Zealand or Vietnamese physician. Educated and
promoted wellness with students, staff and community villages. Left when the government changed. Learned Vietnamese and
started learning several ethnic languages before the war made it necessary to evacuate.
