PERSONAL SUMMARY
I am an adaptable, conscientious and enthusiastic support worker with
experience in providing a professional care service to the elderly, sick &
disabled service users. I have gained an excellent understanding of
promoting privacy and dignity whilst enhancing independence and
rehabilitation. A proven ability to deal with physically and emotionally
demanding service user's and to successfully help them to retain, regain
and develop skills needed for independent living.
As a care worker for over three years experiences, I have the ability to
manage a challenging case load, while staying focused on giving a high
standard of care to every client. Constantly maintaining and demonstrating
a positive attitude towards clients, their families, staff, visitors and

Working as part of a staff team providing and coordinates
individualized care and resources to elderly and disabled service
users. Helping service users to develop their independent daily living
skills in accordance with their individual care plan. Providing care
for people who have complex and challenging needs in terms of their
behaviour and emotional, psychological and developmental well-being.
. Other duties including, washing, bathing, bed bathing and showering
service users. Taking service users on shopping trips, preparing meals
snacks and drinks for them. Completing of essential paper work.
Speaking to care managers on behalf of service users. Ensure the
security & safety of the home is maintained at all times. Taking
service users to social events and appointments.
