Owner
After my retirement from the military I started a
company specializing in the construction of steel frame
homes. This same company had personnel for remodeling
older homes and commercial buildings as well as a
section for the management of rental properties. My
management of this company increased greatly my ability
to properly supervise and assign employees to the best
jobs for their skill sets. Additionally, I developed
the skill sets to accomplish the many construction
projects from the planning phases through coordination
and implementation. Later I taught myself electric
fundamentals and eventually became a residential and
commercial electrician.

Standardization Instructor Pilot/Instrument Flight
Examiner Fixed and Rotary Wing Aircraft
I held numerous positions related to aviation including
Operations Officer, Safety Officer as well as being a
Senior Instructor Pilot and Flight Examiner for Rotary
and Fixed wing aircraft. Over my twenty-two year career
I received several awards for safety and five military
awards for achievement. Toward the end of my career I
primarily flew for visiting dignitaries, General
Officers and congressional representatives throughout
the continental US and the Pacific. I was responsible
for the training and evaluation of 250 assigned
aviators as well as the implementation of several
training programs including the Mountain Search and
Rescue Program for the pilots in the states of Colorado
and Wyoming. Additionally, we were the first aviation
activity to offer Night Vision Goggle training to the
pilots of those same states. During this period I was
assigned, for nine years to countries other than the
United States. This allowed me to become familiar with
other cultures other than my own. Additionally, I have
logged over 4000 hours of instructor pilot flight time
in seven different aircraft teaching pilots from
different countries, races and cultures. This allowed
me to develop the communication skills necessary to be
effective in a wide range of instructional activities.
