Resume:

Thomas Pataska

Racine, WI

**********@*****.*** - 262-***-****

I have an extensive background with commissioning/quality auditing, utilization & training of others on a CMMS

(SAP & Maximo-primarily), supervision, warehousing/logistics, training material creation-consulting, production

control, marketing, planning/procurement both in heavy manufacturing and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

This also includes working with the FDA & UL on past projects primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. I have

a very strong customer service background since most of my projects I dealt directly with the client. I have

continued my involvement with companies that follow Lean & Six Sigma Principles/KanBan/5S.

I have gained hands-on experience working my way up from the floor by quickly learning and completing tasks

outside my immediate scope of work. I am very proud of my current and past career accomplishments and I

look forward to bringing what I have learned to the table.

While setting goals in each of my positions – I have both achieved and exceeded goals that my companies

and I have set. I am most proud of being part of a team that designed and implemented production control

procedures that helped increase ‘On Time Delivery’ to our customers from 54% to 93%. This could not have

been achieved without the hard work and dedication of a team.

I communicate and interact effectively with multiple organizational levels of management and external

customers. I am continuously looking for an opportunity to grow within a company and through my hard work

have opportunities to move up in an organization. As indicated above, I work well in both a team environment

and independent setting. I bring to a company a strong work ethic, dedication, attention to detail and the drive

to succeed.
