Projects
Senior Design Project
My senior design consisted on the development of a multi-use toothbrush that consisted of the toothbrush,
tooth pick, toothpaste, dental floss and mouthwash integrated in one product. My team did all the analysis
behind it which consisted on doing a market search, developing a prototype to meet the customer needs and
wants, doing the failure mode effect analysis, the molding of the product was tested using a Mold flow analysis
software and a simulation of the production was made with Arena. The result met all the expectations of our
advisor and he wanted to patent our idea but due to economic issues we could not.
