Responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per
McDonald’s company standards. Responsible for customer service,
operating cash register, processing money and credit/debit card

shelves, cleaning counter areas, greeting customers, wrapping or
placing merchandise in bags. Responsible for counting money in
drawers at the beginning and end of each shift ensuring that

Responsible for greeting all customers as well as helping them
find products they need and also suggestive selling to make sure
it is a one stop shop. Stocking my department of items needed on
the shelf, down stocking and zoning. Keeping my area neat and
clean as well as other housekeeping duties. I also was a cashier
whenever needed to provide faster customer service with helping
getting customers out of the store with friendly customer
service. I also worked the customer service desk answering and
directing phone calls, pulling up internet orders, paging and
all other customer service needs needed by customers and

I am responsible for all phone calls to the store. By answering
in a timely matter, finding out what the customer needs,
transferring the calls to correct departments, paging overhead,
as well as taking messages, Making copies of paperwork,
organizing weekly schedules, and maintaining a neat area. I also
multitask between answering the phone to checking out customers
as well as taking back items in return. I also make special
orders for the company and check those orders out to customers.
Direct Support Care, West Bay Residential, Providence RI
(October 2012-July 2013)
I take care of individuals with mental retardation and other
disabilities. I help them with personal and oral hygiene. I also
went through training on passing medications to each individual.
I then became medication certified where I was able to pass meds
on my own to each individual. I went through CPR training as
well as other trainings to get me qualified to assist
individuals on my own. I also help assist them in daily living
skills such as getting dressed, cooking meals, helping with
their job, and house cleaning skills. I also go over their
physical training with them.
Customer Service, Xerox, Raleigh NC (August 2013-November 2013)
I worked for Xerox AppleCare, which is a third party company
that troubleshoots apple computers. I went through four week
training on how to troubleshoot computer issues, printing
issues, and learning the computer where I am able to assist
customers. I also sell apple care protection plans to customers
if they are about to run out of warranty or just purchased new
apple products. I answer all questions and issues regarding to
the customer, and transfer phone calls to correct departments.
Xerox keeps the training updated on all new software as well as
how to assist customers more efficiently. I also provide great
customer service showing each customer empathy as well as paying
attention to detail.
Copy and Print Associate, Staples, Wake Forest NC (Feb 2014-
Present)
Provide excellent customer service to each and every customer as
well as greeting customers upon entering Staples. Active
listening and patience while taking customer copy and print
orders in store. Providing copy and print service in a timely
manner, while multitasking internet orders,email, and walk in
orders orders. Assisting customers with creating custom orders
business cards, stamps, flyers, etc via Microsoft office and
adobe. As well as performing household duties keeping the copy
center neat and clean. As well as being responsible for
operating the cash register and providing a speedy checkout for
customers.
Hostess, Olive Garden, Raleigh NC (Feb 2014-Present)
Responsible for greeting guest in a timely manner, and seating
them accordingly to servers on duty. Making sure the guest are
as comfortable and attended to during dining at the Olive
Garden. Keeping the front entrance as well as bath rooms, clean
and tidy for all guests. Keeping record and checking on guest
dining and overall experience. Responsible for keeping an
accurate count of taken tables and available tables. Putting
servers in the system when they come on duty, as well as keeping
the transition as smooth as possible. Answer customer questions
and investigates and corrects discrepancies, in accordance with
