OBJECTIVE
With strong motivation I am currently seeking a third shift entry level position in a
professional atmosphere were I will have the opportunity to grow and prove my
knowledge, skills and commitments to the company. I am willing to demonstrate and
prove my great leadership abilities by sharing the excellent skills I have acquired over
the years to my new employer and team members along with helping to provide 100%
customer satisfaction while maintaining the best quality possible with my fellow team.
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
For the last four years I have gained and developed the appropriate essential qualities to
provide suitable care to children or adults with special needs. I have accurately
demonstrated and practiced skills over this course of time. Some of my best strengths
include, having the ability to perform routine and repetive tasks fittingly. I am able to work
well under pressure of having to meet deadlines with frequent interruptions and distractions.
On a everyday basis I find myself using on of my strongest skills of having to have both
great verbal and written communication. With being blessed with an autistic son and three
other amazing children I have gained outstanding information on how to successfully cope
with everyday living. I believe that all children and adults with disabilities deserve the best
nurturing environment that also involves patience and understanding, consistency,
acceptance and dedication. Because of my caring heart and passion for helping people I
have decided to take advantage of my unique qualities and strive not only to become an
excellent role model and caregiver of four wonderful children but possibly be given the
opportunity to help care for or be involved with assisting other children and adults with their
families special needs.
