are the responsibilities for each role:
ODMS Coordinator
A. Quat 188 Production Facility:
• Currently the lead role in overall ODMS "implementation" and "management" for department.
• Lead the department ODMS self-assessment program. Work with plant Production Leader, EH&S
Delivery Leader, and plant EH&S Delivery Tech to obtain support and approval for annual update and
implementation of self assessment plan. Make an effort to ask for input from team to ensure that each self
assessment, as part of the self assessment plan, is value added prior to final approval and implementation.
• Currently the department SME for overall management system by maintaining the Management
System. This includes overseeing the managing of plant documentation and usage, file structure, library
maintenance, tool usage, tracking, and tool maintenance.
• Work with department leadership in identifying and documenting department Element Focal Points.
• Lead the Management System Review effort within Quat 188 by being the organizer and facilitator.
Participate in annual Management System Review process for Quat 188 business, and work with plant
Production Leader to ensure completion of MSR. Train and aid element focal points on completion of
MSR sections. Continuously improve the MSR process (ex: revised formatting of MSR documentation to
allow easier understanding and use for the element focal points).
• Assist work group in measuring and tracking of plant management system performance. This is
accomplished through monitoring and updating of the plant MI Plan, the performance and effectiveness in
use of E&AT, the performance and effectiveness in use of BBP tool, the understanding and performance
of Procedure Use, and the implementation of training. Final outcome from these activities is the
reduction of unplanned events.

• Created and managed plant operating discipline procedures and guidelines to meet quality
