Proven Leader and Teacher: In every position that I have held, I have been
promoted to hold more responsibility and used to help train others to be
more productive, without my actively seeking the responsibility or asking
for it.
Project Planning: I have personally done analysis and designed two
conversions of entire systems. This included operating systems, hardware,
networking, and software for the conversions. I have been tasked to
create, design, present and implement many projects using the resources
available (people, time, hardware, software) and have always come in under
the projected time frame and under budget.
International Experience: I have worked with organizations outside the
U.S. in an advisor role and as a liaison between Headquarters that were not
on best of terms.
