Attended a (JCP) sponsored training course at Worcester College of

Technology. Course syllabus included employability skills, hospitality

training and a one week work placement at Ostlers Restaurant, Worcester.

During the course the following qualifications were completed:

. NCFE Employability Skills Qualification.

2013

Assistant Catering Business Manager

Responsible for assisting in the daily smooth running of the catering

department which included food preparation, serving customers, stock

rotation, food ordering, storage, security of company assets and

supervision of catering team. Other duties included ensuring that the

kitchen area and serving area was maintained to the correct food and

hygiene standards. Within this role I managed a team of four to five staff

part time and full time staff and was responsible for training, rotas,

signing timesheets as correct as well as general day to day personnel

issues. I was also responsible to cover the manager in their absence. My

main role also included dealing with customers and maintaining customer

satisfaction.
