. Work in areas of immunology, molecular biology, and protein chemistry

using standard operating procedures for research on botulinum toxin.

. Perform ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay), SDS-PAGE, western

blot, affinity chromatography, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), site-

directed mutagenesis, and purification of proteins.

. Prepare media and culture bacteria, which involves basic lab skills

such as autoclaving, balancing, and centrifuging.
