2008 to Present

Artiflex designs and builds dies, manufactures stampings for the automotive

and other related industries. Revenue: $220M, Employees 1000+

Automatrics has been acquired by Artiflex (became Automatrics Division)

Spring 2012

Company designs and builds Robotic and Hard Automation Engineered systems

for Lean manufacturing, assembly, quality control, material handling,

welding and testing. Mainly supports the 5 production plants in 3 states.

General Manager of Automatrics prior to the merger.

Director of Automatrics - Division of Artiflex Manufacturing.

Director of Automation & Welding Systems - Company-wide Artiflex

Manufacturing.

Management of sales, design and production departments, daily operations

with P&L and HR responsibility. Reporting to the CEO of the company.

Defined goals and objectives for growth, implemented modern techniques to

make the company profitable. Achieved geographic and industry

diversification. Invented new devices/machines.

Faurecia 2004 to 2008

World's 6th largest automotive supplier, 320 locations in 34 countries,

Corporate Manufacturing-Automation Coordinator, responsible for multiple

N/A plants.

Product design and development, manufacturing line design and development,

facilities improvement.

Developed highly automated robotic production cells, quality control

equipment, implemented lean manufacturing techniques (used Kaizen & Six

Sigma), developed high tech welding methods to facilitate value added

Started up USA operations from ground zero: Construction of building &

Purchase of equipment, hiring and training of personnel, legal issues,

patent/trademark/license/permit issues, establishment of market position,

Created unique products for the household paints market, marine market and

toy industry.

Toy products have been awarded "Toy of the Year" in three consecutive

1994

Company produces and distributes tobacco products (namely Camel

cigarettes), worldwide. Revenue $20B+ (est.) Employees: 4800

Coordinator/Director - Turkey, managed up to 900 people 650M, reported to

VP - European Operations, located in Geneva Switzerland, responsible for

Eastern Europe and Middle East.

Consulted initial market establishment and penetration. Hired and managed

the skeleton staff, established facilities. Created marketing campaigns.

Company grew and gained market share (second largest in the region), built

a production plant, established distribution channels, network of dealers

and moved its operations to a large skyscraper in Istanbul. Presently

employs several thousand people.

Established over 350 complete workshops/production facilities around the

world.

Designed, supplied, trained, serviced one of the world's largest workshops

during construction of Ataturk Dam in Turkey (world's largest rock

formation dam)

Involving the largest construction equipment produced by Caterpillar at the

time, including dump trucks, excavators, dozers, rock crushing equipment.
