Operations / Procurement Manager
Performed & managed the entirety of sales transaction, material planning and purchasing, inventory
management, warehousing, logistics (international), distribution and account receivables / payables.
Primarily responsible for soliciting quotations, engaging in pricing and delivery negotiations,

Sourcing / Purchasing / Supply Chain Management -
- Execute the purchases of electronic components, sub-assemblies, castings, metal
fabricated parts and other items for distribution and assembly divisions.

- Monitor daily assembly production based upon customer’s EDI schedule.

logistics planning in accordance with customer's requirements, production POs to vendor after
PPAP approval, receive production components, ship to customer to meet Just-In-Time /
Kanban deliveries based upon customer's online schedule sharing / EDI schedules.
- Responsible for inside sales – managing 20+ key clients (Major clients served : Siemens,
Square D-Schneider, Motorola, Ford, Tenneco, Navistar, ITT, Parker Hannifin, IDEX, Zebra,
ASUS, Kyocera, Flextronics, OTTO Engineering, etc.).
- Maintain good relationship with the customers by daily interactions and regular visit.
