. As a Manager, I was responsible for all medical programs to insure smooth

interventions and communications were achieved and to insure quality

treatment for the hospital patients. Other responsibilities included

coordinating weekly supervisory meetings, Monitor the flow of clients

through programs to insure effective utilization rates, Analyze the needs

of the Department and generate recommendations to program supervisors,

maintenance and dietary needs of the hospital are met, Conduct monthly

staff meetings, furnished beeper to provide staff coverage to keep the

hospital operable 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Attended Supervisor's

agencies.

. As one of the Hospital Care physician, I was responsible for providing

the quality patient care by examining patients, obtain medical histories,

and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests. I used to see

patients in an office-based setting, in addition to rounding on patients

in the hospital. I covered a broad scope of medicine to include total

body wellness, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions

and illnesses. I treated adults, adolescents, and elderly as well. I

consulted with specialists or refer the patient to see a more specialized

physician if a serious or acute issue arises. I performed some minor

office procedures such as physicals, manage illnesses through diet,

medication, and other non-invasive methods. I also counseled patients on

diet, hygiene, and preventive health care. Sometimes, I also assisted

senior doctors in performing surgeries and managed their recovery.
