Responsibilities

Dispatch up to 20 ALS ambulances for 911 zones in North Fulton,South Fulton County including all cities in

the county. That also incluides the general transport service for Rural Metro that handles the non emergency

calls in the State Of Georgia and sorrunding states. Taking calls for PSAP's and other customers that need

EMS. Placing calls in the cad system and dispatching them to unts. Handling any customer probems and

concerns for that shift.

911 Operator

Barrow County 911 - September 2013 to Present

I Receive and prioritizes E 9-1-1 and non-emergency telephone calls from the public.

Processes information using a computer-aided-dispatch (CAD) system. Dispatches

appropriate emergency service agencies such as police, fire and emergency medical units.

Monitors public safety units in the field. Retrieves and enters computer data for

emergency response personnel within the service area.

center of 25. Training Officer also for the communications center. I handled any and all special events that

needed EMS and tactical situations with Atlanta Police. Worked with Fulton County to mediate the transition

to Grady Communications. I also worked as an EMT-I for the ground 911 system for 6 years.
