I was brought on to Horizontal Integration to manage the Level3

accounts in the Minneapolis market including 3M, Medtronic, and Alina

Clinics. These accounts were already revenue generating for the

company, but established through direct marketing strategy a viable

approach and offered rational to become the exclusive service provider

for wireless voice and data services to these major corporate accounts.

As a sales manager was involved in sales presentation, negotiating

and delivery for major accounts. I handled most RFP responses and

gave advice to sales reps on business development initiatives and mass

marketing approaches.

When brought onboard, my team was performing well below budget,

and within 1 quarter, team was attaining well over 100% of established

goals.

Grew department profits just over 300% during my tenure with the

company.

INTERESTS

I enjoy almost any outdoor activity, specifically mountain biking, hiking, fishing, downhill skiing,

running, and camping. I am involved in real estate investing, and some securities trading. I enjoy

learning about business and understanding an organization from the top down. A personal passion

of mine is joining and leading start up level organizations/endevors. Knowing the risks involved

and the upside potential, and then developing strategies and implementing them is something I
