and their shrink down, this produced great profits. I start with the company in the seafood

department making the only profit in this area, then was promoted to the meat department

making profit, and then promoted to the assistant over the areas. I was in charge of about thirty

five people, schuduling, hiring, firing, overseeing proper ordering, stocking, inventory.
