Union Bank, N.A., formerly known as Union Bank of California, N.A., is a full-service commercial

bank with 398 retail branches in California, Washington and Oregon in USA. Headquartered in San

Francisco, Union Bank is a subsidiary of UnionBanCal Corporation, a financial holding company

them out to all downstream applications in various formats, after making periodic updates.

FT will empower employees to achieve UB’s strategic goals by better serving internal and external

customers. It will provide better financial control with faster and more accurate real-time reporting,

while also improving the operational efficiency, cost effectiveness and technological flexibility to

grow the business.

them with PeopleSoft Finance and Hyperion DRM applications. Project will make sure that

all the other downstream applications are not impacted at all by these changes.
