manner. This includes researching and rebilling any past due payments including denials. The
responsibilities of Intake are to respond to calls regarding intake, documenting intake referrals on
the referral form; input intake information into Spectrasoft; making appointments for
clients; respond to request for client information Assist billing department twice per week
resulting in reduction in backing of billing. Complete various Tasks as requested by Supervisor
and CEO
