22 Osprey Flight line/Power plants components for the United Stated Marine Corps. One year
experience performing aircraft maintenance for CV-22 Osprey power plants/ hydraulics/ avionics

Excellent understanding of Quality Assurance and Safety issues surrounding the operation and
maintenance of MV-22 Osprey and CV-22 Osprey on the Marine Corps Flight line, aboard Navy LHD
Ship, and Air Force Base Flight Line. Earned positions of increasing leadership, supervised a team of
twenty or more, responsible for the mechanical maintenance and "Safe For Flight" state of 12 MV-22
and 8 CV-22 aircraft. Performed QA audits on personal and shops for evaluation and reassure
program were/stayed on-track. Evaluated QA programs weekly to make/suggest changes for a better
operating program. Highly qualified and knowledgeable in my field of work. Train and lead both

exhaust systems, proprotor system, aircraft blades, rotating controls, preventive maintenance, and the
leadership of 20 or more Marines for 12 MV-22 Osprey aircraft under my supervision.
