Analyed and resolved an issue with custom order entry module, which impacted the completion processing of
$6 million in sales orders.
Automated account balance summary process for Fortune 500 client which created a more efficient overall
process.
Developed online business forms to create near paperless tracking system for customer and order service
representatives. This reduced their time to complete and update these forms as part of their daily fu nctions.
Developed automated shipping barcode labeling system for warehouse single order processing. Labels were
