Responsibilities: Coordination of international and domestic travel for partners and
chief of staff, including air travel, hotel accommodations, car service, ensuring that
all required documentation for country of destination is secured and up to date.
Meeting coordination, locally and at other locations. Scheduling conference calls.
Interacting with professionals from various countries in Latin America, the
Caribbean and Europe, typing and composing letters and e-mails in English and
Spanish. Time and expense reports for partners and chief of staff.
During my years at Deloitte I supported various audit partners and managers as
well as consulting partners and principals and for a short period two tax managers.
Responsibilities in these positions included working with the DPS system and
translations of documents including proposals and financial statements from
English to Spanish and from Spanish to English.
