I am solely responsible for establishing and direct the overall objectives, ensures capital
projects deadlines are met according with company standard guidelines, developing ideas and
best practices for the Engineering Department operation, properties enhancements, and
oversees the creation and improvement of elements and system components that involve the
Engineering Department, also provide engineering expertise to other teams as needed,
establish and maintain good relationship with owners, assist to create Capital expenditure
plans and environmental projects. I am currently overseen the deployment of two Hotel
renovations in Nashville TN, and one in Atlanta GA, (4.5M).
I am managing the 2014 IC Buckhead Capex plan (1.3M). In 2013 I reported energy savings in
my area of $250K by training and encourage the team to use the “Green Engage” tool among
other sustainable projects implemented along the past year such the water reclamation system
installed in laundry of the IC Buckhead property, which eliminates 100% the use of hot water
and recycle 90% of the water used in the process, retrofitting existing fluorescent light bulbs in
the back of the house of four properties with high efficiency bulbs. .

Responsible for opened the Hotel in Nov. 2004, flagship Property for the company, 422 guestrooms and
45,000 Sq.Ft. Convention Space.

and Mobile 4 Starts status to our property, Forty Ninth in the world as best Hotel by Conde Nast people
choice magazine and best hotel in Atlanta “Gold List” along with the Ritz Carlton.
Commissioning and hand over the property from the construction team to the Hotel operation’s departments.
