PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

- February 2013 – Present. Healthcare/Pharmacy NCO.

United States Army, Camp James E. Rudder, Eglin Air Force Base, FL. Served as the Healthcare

Specialist assigned to Bravo Company, Martin Army Community Hospital; responsible for the

accountability and maintenance of a M997 Ambulance, accountability, ordering and dispensing of a

pharmacy containing over 200 pharmaceuticals (including narcotics); supervised rapid assessment,

triage, treatment, emergency evacuation and care of battle and disease non-battle injuries and the

readiness and medical support of all Ranger students and cadre within the camp and surrounding area.

- December 2009 – January 2013 Healthcare Specialist.

United States Army, Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA. Provided emergency medical treatment, limited

primary care, force health protection and evacuation in a variety of operational and clinical settings from

point of injury or illness through the continuum of military health care; administered emergency and

routine medical treatment to battle and non-battle casualties; assisted with outpatient care, treatment and

supervised field and clinical medical facilities under the supervision of the unit’s physician and

continued to develop and train soldiers through MOS enhancement.

- October 2009 – December 2009 Licensed Practical Nurse.

Huntington Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Huntington, PA. Served as the charge Nurse during all

three shifts at the center; provided bedside care to patients, collected patient’s health information,

relayed information between patients, registered nurses and physicians, gave oral medications and

injections to patients, tested patient’s blood sugars levels, inserted and provided care to urinary catheters,

wound care and dressing changes, ostomy site care and maintenance, monitored for changes in patients,

proper charting and maintenance of patient records.
