. Write, design and send the weekly marketing email to 45k person

database to drive listening, encourage website visits, and promote

sponsor initiatives. Open rate consistently in the 20-25% range.

. Developed the station's social media strategy, engaging users on

Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. KNBR's Facebook likes have tripled in
