3/06 – 10/2011 – Kaiser Permanente, Redwood City. Worked a t Department of Psychiatry as

A dministrative Assistant for 75 doctors, clinicians and social workers. Create Excel spreadsheets for

company-wide surveys, used M icrosoft Word for creating various documents. Provide customer service to

members while releasing information to patients. Job required following Kaiser’s strict guidelines with

release of information. Used Health Connect system for patient records Performed several general office

f unction in addition to supporting physicians, clinicians and social workers. Worked with Legal

Department in providing them with patient record requests. Administrative Assistant to Dr. Robin Dea,

Head of Psychiatry at the regional level in Oakland. Transcribed from tapes given by her and edited her

documents on M icrosoft Word. Processed invoices, ordered supplies. Responsible for time cards for

02/03 - 9/03 - Citibank (temporary assignment in their real estate legal department in San

F rancisco) - A dministrative Assistant to Legal Real Estate Counsel. Created complex Excel spreadsheets

w ith financial information, worked on presentations using PowerPoint; paid all invoices for the real estate

department.

12/01 - 4/02 - Seton Medical Center, Daly City

Worked as CNA and EKG Technician on the Telemetry f loor. Occasionally filled in for Unit Coordinator.

Took care of 9-11 patients, some were total care patients. Watched heart monitors of patients, f loor

capable of handling 40 patients hooked to heart monitors. Helped nurses and other personnel when

p rinter was down and fax required maintenance.

7/96 – 11/30/01: Citicorp Bankers Leasing - Foster City

Ini tially for the first three years worked as an Administrative Assistant to Administrative Services

Department’s Vice President. This department supported all departments. Supported 83 people.

Purchased computers, computer supplies, office supplies, maintenance contracts (making sure all these

f unctions are performed by conforming to Citicorp’s strict policies and procedures). Maintained database

on Excel to t rack all orders and expenses. Assisted Assistant V.P. of Administrative Services with

p roblems, projects related to additions and remodeling of office space. Also, assisted with facilities

management issues. Processed all invoices for the Foster City location and expense reports for manager.

M aintained policy & procedure manual. For the next two and half years worked as Administrative
