2011 to present @ Pediatric Home Health Care
Duties are identical to those @ Epic. Staffing varies with the

7-2007 thru 12-2010 @ Residential Care of Rockwall
This was my start-up company at which I was responsible for;
all areas of staffing including training. Also coordination of ancillary
services such as visiting physicians, home health agencies, hospice care,
nurse practitioner, dentist, lab and xray services. The primary goal
was to create a loving home that our residents would feel safe and
cared for by staff who were well trained. It was a daily effort.
2-2005 thru 7-2007 Pro Staff, Brookriver Dr., Dallas, Tx 75234
My responsibilities at this job were to help staffing needs at
Charleton Methodist Hospital. During this time I was contracted
by the unit coordinator of the tele-med/surg floor to work on
her floor. My duties included; adult assessments, admin of po cardiac
meds on a prn basis according to pt changes, advanced wound
care, unstable insulin dependant pts, IV/blood product administration
under an RN’s supervision and the post-op care of cardiac surgical
patients. Here the patient acuity was high and staffing slim at times.
During this time is when I improved my time management and
critical thinking skills.
I look forward to interviewing with you at your convenience. I hope my
skills will be a benefit for your company.
