underground utilities construction projects. Negotiate and finalize
contracts ranging in value from $20,000 to over $100 million. I am
experienced with MC2 estimating software, HCSS estimating software On
Screen take-off software, Pay dirt take-off software and Agtek Take-off
software. Overall involvement in completing projects, including:
estimating, project progress meetings, negotiating change orders,
arranging mobilization and de-mobilization of heavy earthmoving
equipment, jobsite materials and supplies, and project close out.
Responsibilities have included: progress invoicing, payroll, accounts
payable and accounts receivables on projects, heavy equipment repair
orders, dispatching, scheduling, and job costing. Heavy earthmoving
equipment operator experience with: loaders, dozers, track-hoe
excavators, forklifts, hydraulic cranes, tractor & trailers, and dump
